My order has not arrived
Please use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or log into your account.
If the tracking status shows "not delivered" without any recent updates, please contact our customer service team. We'll coordinate with the carrier to locate your package as quickly as possible.
If the tracking status indicates "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please wait before taking further action, as packages can sometimes be marked as delivered prematurely. If you've purchased Extend Shipping Protection and your package is lost or stolen, after 5 days you can file a claim online here. If not, consider filing a police report to report the theft.
My order is damaged
We do our best to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition, but occasionally, mishaps can happen.
If both the packaging and the items inside are damaged, and you’ve purchased Extend Shipping Protection, you can file a claim online. We might need photos of the box and items to assist with your claim.
If the items are damaged but the packaging is intact, please contact our Customer Service Team so we can arrange a replacement. Photos of the damaged items and packaging would be helpful in processing your request.
My order is incorrect or items appear defective
